Our services are based on evidence based practices using a combination of approaches to facilitate change. These interactive groups help incorporate information that will help participants begin establishing a recovery-orientation and evidence based strategy to guide them to more productive choices.

- Social Support Group – 60 minute sessions once per week (8 sessions)

Anger Management Groups
We provide a safe, structured group environment for those struggling with feelings of rage and stress. Anger Management groups focus on the consequences of anger while teaching strategies to avoid violence. Groups involve effective communication, self-awareness and stress management as productive tools for preventing anger outbursts. Ultimately, individuals develop an anger control plan that works for them. Court Ordered and self-referred clients are welcome. This group is not appropriate for individuals with personality disorders.
This group meets for 90 minutes weekly for 10 weeks on Monday evenings.
